Free Shipping
All U.S. orders ship free. No minimum purchase required.
Order Processing Time
Every Zyarella case is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your case to be printed and prepared for shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within the United States. In total, most orders arrive within 4–10 business days of being placed.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States and also offer international shipping.
International Delivery Times
Because international orders travel farther and go through customs, they take longer to arrive. After your case is made (2–5 business days), estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 8–15 business days
- All other countries: 12–25 business days
Delays in customs can sometimes add extra time. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
